![]() ![]() If I then select that I want to add an Office 365 account, it asks for the e-mail, then gives me my company branded password page and logs in fine. I can't figure out how to get to the manual settings of Outlook without having to try and fail logging in, but after doing that and backing out of it, it then gives me the options. I have however got it to work in a roundabout way. Other accounts can login into this device fine (even other F3 users) and this user gets the same issue when trying to log into the app on a seperate device. The user currently has an F3 license and when attempting to login into OWA, that works fine. When typing in their correct password, it keeps saying it's incorrect. For this user, after typing in their e-mail, it then takes them to a page showing the e-mail server it's detected and some other settings that are greyd out and has a password box in the middle of it. Normally when one of my users enters their e-mail address, it then takes them to a screen with our company logo to type in their password. So I've got a single user that is struggling to log into the Outlook app for Android. ![]() Got a weird issue need some ideas if possible. ![]()
